It has been eight years since Mads became part of the MOS MOSH family. He started in the purchasing department and over the years worked his way up to become a purchasing manager. Three years ago, during a dinner and a few bottles of wine in connection with a fashion fair in Berlin, it was agreed that MOS MOSH would expand into menswear.
In the beginning, Mads - and the others involved - worked with Gallery on top of his other daily tasks, but after two seasons and more than 150 accounts around Europe, it became clear that Gallery deserved full attention.
As Brand Manager, Mads is always on top of things. He is a part of creating our collections and maintaining the fits and quality, ensuring that the collections resonate with current and potential customers. He is also responsible for the brand strategy, and he insists on establishing excellent connections with everyone who works with Gallery.
You can be sure that the first thing Mads does when he comes into the office is to get his morning coffee. He always chooses americano! Mads is also a night owl. That might explain the morning coffee, but we wouldn't let him go without it. It is in the late evening hours that Mads gets his best ideas.
